Ring for rates which average around £80 per night depending on days and dates.
Prices are for two people sharing. Changeover usually takes place on Friday but can be flexible. We regret we are not able to accept credit cards.

Bed linen, towels and bath mats
A starter “kit” of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits is provided. (Further provisions are available from well stocked local general stores, a few minutes walk away and open 7 days a week).
Included in the package
Regrettably the property and facilities are not suitable for disabled people. Also as there is an unfenced stream running through the grounds it is not child and pet friendly.
Strictly no smoking.

Directions
There is a regular train service from Victoria/Gatwick to Amberley Rail Station which is approximately 1 mile outside the village. Also easy access for walkers and cyclists to and from the South Downs Way. www.nationalrail.co.co.uk

Flat screen TV with Freeview/FreeSat
Modern fully equipped kitchenette opening into the sitting room and including a double oven with ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Shower room on the ground floor with spacious modern shower, WC, hand basin and constant hot water supplied via the Roost’s own central heating system.
Feature oak staircase rises from the sitting room to a carpeted sleeping platform/mezzanine floor with a king size bed and further views out to the Downs
Towels, bed linen and hairdryer provided.
Facilities for bicycles with an adjacent water tap for washing bikes, boots etc if muddy.
Street parking is available in the outside road.
